To define a typology of adaptic processes in sceletal muscles under the influence of exercise stresses of various orientation and the temporary periods of restoration of a functional condition of sceletal muscles.
The expected results
When performing research information base of rational ratios of training loads of various orientation in single combats, cyclic and game sports will be developed; and also criteria of rising of power opportunities of sceletal muscles when using on one training occupation and in microcycles of exercises of isometric and isotonic character.

– Definition of the contingent investigated and monitoring with use of testing, questioning, pedagogical observations.
– To carry out systematization and to allocate the priority directions of modernization of studies of physical training with the students having deviations in the state of health.
The expected results
The model of professional culture of the sports teacher will be developed; the systemic description and veneering of the collected material bound to a condition of professional culture of sports teachers of Gomelshchina; Development of methodical ensuring the Olympic education of school and university students of Gomelshchina
